Dear Valued Customer,
Xmonster will never request your financial account information, credit card details, or any related banking information via text message or phone call under any name or for any reason. Xmonster will also never ask you to visit a bank counter or operate an ATM through these methods.
If you receive any such phone calls or text messages, please stay alert and do not follow instructions from unknown callers. If you have any concerns, please contact Xmonster immediately or call the National Police Agency’s 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline for verification.
When you receive calls from unknown numbers beginning with “+”, “+2”, “+886”, or similar prefixes, please be extra cautious. Be aware that scammers may spoof phone numbers or pretend to be specific companies, banks, or judicial authorities. Please also do not click on unknown links or accept LINE friend invitations or text messages from people you do not know.
Common fraud tactics include claims such as “duplicate orders” or “incorrect installment payment settings” to gain the consumer’s trust, followed by requests to operate online banking or ATMs. If the matter is related to your bank account, please contact your bank directly. If the caller asks you to operate any account or provide personal information, please refuse immediately to reduce the risk of fraud.
We also recommend that you change your password regularly, strengthen your password by using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers, and avoid entering your account and password on public computers to improve information security.
Xmonster wishes you all the best.
